PERMATANG PAUH: The Permatang Pauh division at the moment referred to as on PAS to chop all political cooperation with PKR citing that PKR needed to be pally-pally with DAP and PAS splinted Parti Amanah Negara (Amanah) towards the precept of tahaluf siyasi (political cooperation).

Permatang Pauh PAS chief Omar Hassan stated a decision on this was unanimously handed by its members because the actions of PKR might jeopardise the place of PAS when dealing with Muslim voters within the 14th common election.

He stated the choice was taken after PKR president Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail continued to work with DAP and Amanah, which have been attacking PAS' management.

"Cooperation between PAS and PKR can not proceed as PKR members on this constituency are engaging PAS members to give up the social gathering and be a part of PKR with presents of posts within the Penang DAP authorities," he informed reporters.
